#1 Snatch work up to 90% (full squat snatch)

7 x 1 rep – rest as needed

#2 Snatch pulls 4 @ 100%

Strength:

Work as heavy as possible:

#1  3 BTN jerk + 2 OH squat

#2 10 Bent over barbell row
