About Crossfit Kyalami

We offer CrossFit training, Bootcamp (CrossFit lite) and stretch & mobility classes. With over 10 years experience in programming, our strength & conditioning program is of the highest quality including: weightlifting, gymnastics, body weight training as well as cardio.

We have a range of certified coaches taking different classes throughout each week.
Our coaches understand the importance of correct movement and technique, making the class a safe but fun environment for all.
